PURPOSE: A therapy system for preventing hair from falling out is provided to perform treatment on depilatory disease by directly irradiating a laser radiated from a laser light generating apparatus to the scalp. CONSTITUTION: A therapy system for preventing hair from falling out comprises: an inner skin junction(11); a size adjustment unit which is equipped in the side and of which size is controlled according to the size of the head of a user; an operation switch(13) which is equipped in the front lower end and controls power supply; a control switch controlling the operation of the laser light generating apparatus; a charger terminal; an inner skin coupling terminal; a body portion(1) equipped with a control device joint(17); and a control device(3) combined with one side of the body portion.
