<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detecting device which obtains at any time, states of analog ICs converting output signals of a radiation detector into pulse signals and outputting them, to enable calibration of these analog ICs. <P>SOLUTION: The radiation detecting device (100) which detects the radiation emitted by a radioactive isotope in a specimen includes the radiation detector (30), the analog ICs (31) which convert the output signals of the radiation detector (30) into the pulse signals, a calibration signal generating part (7) which generates a calibration signal and outputs the calibration signal to the analog ICs (31), and a state analyzing part (8) which analyzes the states of the analog ICs (31), based on output signals output by the analog ICs (31) receiving the calibration signal and output signals to be output by the analog ICs (31) receiving the calibration signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
