<p>A method and a terminal for sending Rank Indication(RI) information using an uplink subframe are provided by the present invention. Wherein, the method includes: a User Equipment (UE) acquires a group K including several k values according to the current ratio of uplink and downlink, and detects whether a downlink subframe occupies a Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) and an aggregation degree of a Control Channel Element (CCE) occupying the PDCCH, wherein m is an index of the group K; and the UE acquires logical resources indexes impliedly included by a Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) according to the downlink subframe occupying the PDCCH and the aggregation degree of the CCE; when the aggregation degree is greater than 1, the UE sends an RI information to a base station on an uplink subframe through the PUCCH by selecting physical resources corresponding to any logical resources index impliedly included by the PUCCH. The present invention sends the RI by adequately using the resources impliedly included by the PUCCH format 1/1a/1b, thereby saving on the physical resources of the PUCCH format 2/2a/2b.</p> |
