<p>PURPOSE: A colored photosensitive resin composition is provided to obtain a coating film, patterns, and a color filter with the superior heat resistance property. CONSTITUTION: A colored photosensitive resin composition includes a colorant, a binder resin, a photo-polymerizable compound, a photo-polymerization initiator, and a solvent. The binder resin includes dye. The dye is represented by chemical formula 1. The binder resin includes a resin. The resin is obtained by reacting one selected from succinic anhydride, anhydrous maleic acid, and tetrahydrophtalic anhydride to a resin, based on a bisphenol A epoxy resin and/or bisphenol F epoxy resin and the monomer containing polymeric double bond with a carboxylic group, and reacting polyfunctional epoxy compound.</p> |
