PURPOSE: A hand-held drug solution sprayer is provided to maximize an effect of disinfection and to increase the lifetime of an ultrasonic oscillator unit. CONSTITUTION: A hand-held drug solution sprayer comprises: a fan(2) installed at one side of a main body(1); a drug solution bottle(3) equipped with a supplement inlet(4) which is installed in the center of the main body; a supply opening(5) which is formed in the bottom of the drug solution bottle; and an ultrasonic oscillator unit(10) in which the drug solution supplied through the supply opening is sprayed in a particulate state.
