PURPOSE: An emulsified nano micro fuel additive and a producing method thereof are provided to improve the physical activity and the fuel property of fuel when combusting the fuel, for improving the fuel consumption reduction effect. CONSTITUTION: An emulsified nano micro fuel additive contains 8~12% of phase-transfer catalyst, 16~23% of emulsified micro-surfactant, 30~46% of emulsified micro auxiliary substance, 10~30% of deionized activated water molecule, and 14~25% of interphase altering agent. The emulsified micro-surfactant is salt of alkyl sulfonic acid, salicylic acid, citric acid, linolenic acid, or oleic acid. The emulsified micro auxiliary substance is polyol, fatty acid, or aliphatic ether. The interphase altering agent is either polyamide or polyamine.
