PURPOSE: An anisotropic conductive film and display device including the same are provided to prevent the constant resistance between an integrated circuit chip and a substrate by fixing a conductive ball in a compacted form. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive layer(510) is located on a surface film. One or more conductive balls are dispersed within the adhesive layer. A first core unit having first hardness is included in the conductive ball. A second core unit having second hardness covers the first core unit. The second core unit covers the conductive unit.
