PURPOSE: A poultry transformed by retrovirus for transition and expression of a gene encoding human granulocyte-colony stimulating factor(hG-CSF) is provided to produce a large amount of hG-CSF. CONSTITUTION: A retrovirus vector for expressing hG-CSF contains a recombinant hEPO of sequence number 1. The expression of hG-CSF is regulated by an inducing agent. The retrovirus vector is mouse leukemia virus-derived replication-deficient retrovirus. The inducing agent is tetracycline or doxycycline. The retrovirus vector is pTet2-hGCSF-WPT(KCTC 11564BP). A poultry is transformed by the retrovirus vector.
