PURPOSE: A semen collection method of lab animals and an artificial insemination method thereof are provided to reduce mass breeding cost of animals. CONSTITUTION: A semen collection method of lab animals comprises: a step of removing the blood of the blood vessel outside the seminal duct by injecting solvent into outer blood vessel surrounding the seminal duct of lab animals; and a step of collecting semen from the seminal duct where blood is removed. In the blood removing step, the blood is the flushed. |
