<p>The present invention relates to a training machine for strength training and rehabilitation comprising: a machine frame, a weight carrying frame, a weight package carried by said weight carrying frame, pull or press means which are turnably provided on said machine frame and which are arranged to be moved backwards and forwards while a selected pre-determined number of weights in said weight package is arranged to be turned about a first axis, alternatively, by connection means connected to said pull or press means, and drive means to lift weights by means of a first force and to lower said weights by means of a second force, said first force being less than said second force, said weight carrying frame being turnable on said machine frame about a substantially horizontal second axis and said first and second axes being substantially perpendicular to each other.
