PURPOSE: A mooring device of a floating structure is provided to improve safety by preventing the exposing of the mooring device to out of the space in which a fixture is installed. CONSTITUTION: A mooring device of a floating structure comprises a floater(120), a supporter(140) and a fixture(160). The floater is installed in one side of a floating structure. The supporter passes through the floating structure. The lower end of the supporter is fixed on ground and controls the water surface direction movement of the floater. The fixture is located between the supporter and floater. The fixture guides the ascent and descent of the floater in the longitudinal direction of the supporter according to the water level change.
