PURPOSE: A signal transmitting method in a wireless communication system is provided to reduce the interference between cells by reducing the number of cells using the same resources. CONSTITUTION: A transmission device(400) transmits a pattern of the PRS(Positioning Reference Signal). The transmission device comprises a sequence generator(410) and a PRS resource allocator(420). The sequence generation part creates sequence for the location reference signal. According to the PRS sequence, the PRS resource assigning part assigns PRS to resource elements by the PRS pattern and muting pattern. The PRS resource assigning part assigns OFDM symbol and resources in the subcarrier location for assigning the PRS resources.
