PURPOSE: A device and method for displaying ship collision warning is provided to display another ship or topography obstacle collision risks. CONSTITUTION: A data receiving part(110) receives data for the topography obstacle and other vessels. A vessel collision risk value operation unit(120) produces the collision risk value with the other vessel. A topography obstacle collision risk value operation unit(130) produces the collision risk value with the topography obstacle. A display unit(150) indicates the reference ship using colors according to a collision risk degree.
