PURPOSE: An intake-exhaust integrated hood is provided to ensure smooth discharge of polluted interior air and improved air-conditioning efficiency by employing both an exhaust duct and an intake duct. CONSTITUTION: An intake-exhaust integrated hood comprises an exhaust part(20) and an intake part(30). The exhaust part comprises an exhaust pipe(22) in which a powerless exhaust fan(21) rotated with the exhaust intake force of a power exhaust fan(10). The intake part comprises an intake pipe(32), a powerless intake fan(31) which is installed inside the intake pipe, an intake duct(33) in which the intake pipe is inserted and which surrounds the exterior of the exhaust pipe, a ventilation hole(34), a plurality of exhaust holes(35), and an exhaust duct(36). The exterior air drawn into the intake duct through the intake pipe is moved through the ventilation hole and discharged through the exhaust holes.
