A process for the preparation of medicinal preparation valsartan in a tablet form wherein valsartan, calcium hydrophosphate dehydrate, 35-65 % of total amount of croscarmellose sodium, 40-60% of total amount of aerosil, 40-60% of total amount of talcum powder are loaded to equipment for granulate producing by fluid bed and stirred at operating air volume of from 2800 to 3600 m/hour. The mixture is wetted out with preliminarily prepared 2.5-3.5 % aqueous solution of hydroxypropyl cellulose at operating air volume of from 2000 to 3800 m/hour and sputtering rate of from 0.3 to 0.6 kg/min. Mass is dried at a temperature of operating air of from 70 to 80 °C. The granulate is sized and dusted with microcrystalline cellulose, 35-65 % of total amount of croscarmellose sodium, 40-60% of total amount of aerosol, 40-60% of total amount of talcum powder, and with magnesium stearate separately. After pressing the tablet cores are coated with film casing based on polyvinyl acetate. |
