PURPOSE: An output terminal of a mobile communications device which increases the power efficiency by minimizing the dissipated power due to the heat is provided to increase an isolation level between the noises and the other band. CONSTITUTION: A drive amplifier(10) changes an RF(Radio Frequency) analog frequency signal into the frequency signal. An interference control system filter module removes ripple and interference signal except for frequency bandwidth. The interference suppression system filter module increases an ACLR(Adjacent Channel Leakage Power Ratio). A power amplifier(50) changes the frequency signal through the amplification of the electricity of the frequency signal into the RF analog frequency signal. |
