A subject of utility model–compactive frame–relates to the coke and by-product process, in particular to the means for sealing of coke furnaces, in particular to the frames, compacting the doors of coke furnaces. The subject matter of useful model consists in designing of device, in which at the expense of making of elastic-plastic diaphragm in a form of knife element with contact plane, located at an angle of 110-165° towards the packing edge, location of packing edge on spacer plate with fixing from above on the door by strap and clamp bolt through intensification zone, furnishing of packing edge with clamps of horizontal displacement, located throughout perimeter of frame with particular lead and each of them is made in a form of finger, located in the hole, made in edging and welded by frontal part to surface of packing edge, and also supplying of extension of strip along its whole length with angle, contacting with knife element of the frame, and interaction of extension of strip with liner clamp, the technical result is achieved–simplifying of frame construction, providing for reliable pressurization of doors of coke furnace and reduction in time and resource consumption for its exploitation. |
