A unit for fine comminution of meat comprises a body, in which an electric motor is disposed, a discharging chamber with a blade and a discharging tray, fixed between the body and a hood with a working chamber, a grating, fixed between the working and discharging chambers, and a knife fixed on the shaft of the electric motor in the working chamber. In the working chamber on the shaft of the electric motor a feeding screw conveyer is additionally fixed. |
