The present invention relates to equipment for mechanical activation of raw mixtures before using them, in which the activation process occurs through repeated compaction of thick loose layer of moistened mixture by rolling it under rollers and subsequent loosening of compacted layer.Disc-roll assembly comprises a plate made in the form of a truncated cone and rolls located on a working surface of plate, the axes of which are pivotally connected to the vertical shaft.The novelty is that in order to improve the efficiency of activation of a disc-roll assembly both due to increasing the thickness of processed raw mixture, and providing the required number of cycles of compaction-loosening of this layer, a working surface of plate is made at an angle of inclination to the horizon 15 ÷ 25°, a area of smaller diameter of plate abuts a ring for adjustment of layer thickness, and on the plate are mounted the looseners connected with the shaft assembled from individual elements- blades, the width of each of which is 0.2 ÷ 0.35 of the roll width, and the total width of all elements-blades is greater than the width of rolls. |
