A universal power supply for welding arc comprises an asynchronous generator with a short-circuited rotor, in every stator slot a low-voltage inducing winding (2035 B) is laid, phase ends of the said winding are connected to a bridge rectifier, and a high-voltage winding, phase ends of which are connected to a battery of excitation capacitors. Phase beginnings of low-voltage inducing winding are connected in one module, phase ends of this winding is connected to beginning of excitation winding phases of industrial voltage (210240 B), phase ends of one of excitation winding are connected to terminals for connection of one phase voltage 220 B consumers. The said bridge rectifier with a capacitive filter supplies three semiconductor regulators with the united control system. A first regulator – a transformerless voltage regulator comprises sensors of output voltage and current, feeds an arc; a second regulator – an invertor bridge regulator comprises sensors of output voltage and feeds a winding of an electromagnetic valve for supplying operating gas to welding aria; to a negative terminal of the transformerless voltage regulator, an electrode is connected in manual arc welding operation; a lever – in semiautomatic welding operation; to a positive terminal of the said regulator in both operation, a welding member is connected. |
