PURPOSE: A plastering panel, having damp proof edge, and a manufacturing method and device thereof are provided to improve damping performance by integrally connecting a surface sheet and edge member using connecting coating layer. CONSTITUTION: A plastering panel comprises a surface paper(20), an edge member(30), and a connection coating layer(40). The surface paper is attached to a plane(11). The edge member is attached to the side or a cross section(12). The connection coating layer is formed in a corner(13) locating between the surface paper and edge member using ultraviolet curing coating agent.
