FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to fodder production. The extruder includes a body equipped with a feed bin and containing a pressing auger and a gate for regulation of pressure inside the body, the gate is spring loaded relative to the latter with a compression spring via a regulating screw pair. The gate is designed in the shape of a glass with a rectangular through groove. The screw pair is designed in the form of a nut rigidly bound to the body and a hollow screw screwed into it; the compression spring relies on the screw via a plate with its second end relying on the bottom of the glass. The compression spring is thoriated. The extruder is equipped with a pressure recorder designed in the shape of a pan with an axial hollow holder, a transparent cover and an axle fixed at the centre of the pan; a disk with a circular pressure scale is mounted on this axle. The disk is bound to a gear wheel in a coaxial relationship; the gear wheel interlocks with a gear rack the shank whereof is passed through the holder, the hollow screw, the plate and the compression spring and connected to the glass bottom. The holder is installed inside the screw head cavity and fixed axially.
