<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mist and dust collector suitable for the collection of mist or dust and facilitating the recovery treatment of the collected dust. <P>SOLUTION: The mist and dust collector includes a separation tank 5 for separating the mist and dust in the air sucked from a suction port, a recovery tank 40 arranged to the lower part of the separation tank, a demister tank 32 for collecting the mist and dust remaining in the air discharged from the separation tank and a turbo fan 35 connected to the exhaust side of the demister tank. The separation tank is constituted so that a disc-shaped rotary brushes 20 having a large number of brush pieces provided thereto in a protruded state and a shaking-off member 25 are successively attached to the main shaft 16 rotationally driven by a motor device to be fixed thereto and the exhaust side of the trumpet-shaped member 30 provided under the shaking-off member is provided so as to be connected to the suction side of the demister tank.
