<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently produce the cut/press-fit cable of a plurality of types of lots. <P>SOLUTION: This cutting/press-fitting machine stepup instruction system for instructing an operator to execute an offline stepup operation in the case of continuously producing the cut/press-fit cable of a plurality of types of lots by using a cutting/press-fitting machine for performing cutting and terminal press-fitting to the cable is configured to output an offline stepup operation command related with an offline stepup operation necessary for the next production scheduled lot based on a line-categorized production schedule, and determines whether or not it is possible for a unit operator to end the offline stepup operation necessary for the next production scheduled lot within the offline stepup validating time in the lot under production, and when it is determined that it is impossible for the unit operator to end the offline stepup operation, outputs an operation auxiliary request command. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
