PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image combining technology which avoids the influence of image processing to a background part even when the image processing is performed to image data. SOLUTION: An acceptance device A accepts the order of a photo book using the image data from a customer together with the image data. When the order is accepted in the acceptance device A, the image processor B obtains the image data about the order, performs the image processing to the image data, and generates corrected image data. An image combining device C obtains order information showing the content of the order from the acceptance device A, and obtains the corrected image data. The image combining part 33 of the image combining device C creates combined image data as print image data constituting each page of the photo book on the basis of the order information and the corrected image data.
