PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power saving searching system and mobile communication terminal, capable of detecting a location of a child terminal with high accuracy even indoors. SOLUTION: In a lost child searching system 100, a BCMCS delivery server 120 delivers annunciation information related to program distribution via a plurality of base stations 110 at a predetermined period, a mobile phone device 1a and a mobile phone device 1b include a memory 60 to store any flow ID contained in the annunciation information delivered by the BCMCS delivery server 120 in common and a terminal information transmission part 31 to transmit a registration message containing the terminal information and the flow ID to a base station 110 that received the annunciation information in response to the reception of the annunciation information at the predetermined period, and a lost child searching server 130 notifies the mobile phone device 1a regarding the registration message received via the base station 110 when predetermined conditions are satisfied.
