PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suppress the under-run caused by a collision of a vehicle in a simple configuration, concerning a vehicle height adjustment control device. SOLUTION: This under-run preventing device includes: detecting sensors 3a, 3b detecting information of an object approaching one's own vehicle; collision determining means 5b, 5c determining the possibility of the collision between one's own vehicle and the object; and a vehicle height adjusting means 5f adjusting the height of the vehicle.
