The main purpose of the present invention is to provide a heat-conductive sealing member having good moisture-barrier properties and heat radiation properties, by which a device can be sealed by using an easy method. For this purpose, disclosed is a heat-conductive sealing member characterized by comprising a metal base, an insulating layer which is formed on said metal base, has a heat conductivity and at least contains a polyimide, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer which is formed on said insulating layer and has a heat resistance.
