<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catalyst ink storing method and a using method, which restrain oxidation of a dispersing solvent and can extend a storage period, and to provide solid form catalyst ink to be stored by the storing method. <P>SOLUTION: Solid form catalyst ink containing carbon carrying a catalyst, dispersing solvent and polymer electrolyte is provided.
