PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior panel device including an air blowing function capable of reducing effects of discharge noise of an electrostatic atomizer on an indoor space and reducing an ozone concentration of air emitted to the indoor space. SOLUTION: The interior panel device 1 including the air blowing function has: an inner air blowing passage 2 provided in a panel interior space; a pair of ventilation openings communicated via the inner air blowing passage 2, opened on the panel surface and constituting an air suction port 4 and an air exhaust port 3; an air blowing means 5; and the electrostatic atomizer 40 installed in an inner space near one side part of the air exhaust port 3 and discharging charged microparticle water toward a direction intersecting with the air current direction of air made to flow in the inner air blowing passage 2.
