The machine has a container (10) for accommodating asphalt mixtures, and a converting element for converting the asphalt mixtures into liquid asphalt. An application element (30) applies the liquid asphalt on underground or a priming layer. A pivotably attached arm (41) is provided at a longitudinal side and viewed in a forward direction before the application element, and applies a joining material between the liquid asphalt and a hardening part applied before the liquid asphalt. The arm is controlled proportional to movement of the machine.
