PURPOSE: A light distributing box for a super high speed information communication building is provided to easily couple and separate optical communication cables by one process. CONSTITUTION: An insertion hole(22) is formed along the gap between an optical adaptor and a circumference on a frontal panel(20). A hook(31) is inserted into the insertion hole along with an opened circumference. An elastic piece(33) is fixed to the other external side of a cable protection box(30) when an optical cable(3) of an optical jumper cord(2) installed in the optical adaptor in the vertical direction to a penetration hole(32) is wound.
