PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slip order automatic correction system for acquiring correct image data, regardless of the direction of slip set, or without making it necessary for an operator to confirm it. SOLUTION: A slip order automatic correction system for attaining a slip both face determination method is provided with: an image storing section for storing the image data of the surface and the back face of a bundle of slips acquired by a slip reading device; a slip identifying section for determining which of the image data of the surface and the back face of the bundle of slips stored in the image storage section is the actual surface; a slip identification information storing section for storing slip feature information for making the slip identifying section identify the actual surface of the bundle of slips; and a slip alignment section, when the slip feature information is recognized from the image data of the back face stored in the image storage section, and it is identified that the image data of the back face stored in the image storing section are an actual surface by the slip identifying section, for correcting the image data of the back face stored in the image storing section in a reverse order, and configured to correct the bundle of slips in a correct order.
