<p>Deep freeze plant.. F--. Designed for the preservation of food-stuffs and perishable goods. Advantages are that the perishable merchandise is very quickly cooled at a suitable low temp., the freezing medium is in direct contact with the product, very low loss in cooling agent; applies to household, commercial as well as industrial units. Comprises two or more deep freezing chambers located side by side and provided with outlet apertures for a freezing medium leading into the interior of the chamber together with connecting ducts leading from the preceding to the succeeding chamber and in which the outlet apertures of the first deep freeze chamber are connected to the freezing medium reservoir.</p> |
