The lamp has LEDs (3) arranged on a printed circuit board (2) within a lamp body that is formed by a transparent or translucent plastic body (4), where the LEDs are embedded in the plastic body and designed as lighting units. The printed circuit board is arranged on a plate shaped core (1) that is formed as a heat conducting plate and a device for removal of heat of the LEDs. The plate shaped core projects over the plastic body and is formed by a multi wall sheet. The heat conducting plate is made of aluminum.
