<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member with skin having superior aesthetic appearance. <P>SOLUTION: The base 1 of this member 99 with skin includes a body part 2 and a core part 3 projecting from the side surface of the body part 2 outward of the body part 2. The bound parts of the first skin member 6 and the second skin member 7 of a skin body 5 are positioned so as to face a rear surface part 25 positioned further to the rear surface side 2b of the body part 2 than the core part 3 in the side surface 2c of the body part 2. The front surface 2a of the body part 2 and the core part 3 are covered with the first skin member 6, and the rear surface 2b of the body part 2 is covered with the second skin member 7.
