PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-row pin cylinder lock which enables an operation key to be pulled out at each of locking and unlocking positions of a cam. SOLUTION: Pin holes 22 elongated in a radial direction are formed at regular intervals in such a manner as to be linearly arranged in an axial direction in both of an outer cylinder 16 fixed in a cylinder body 11 and an inner cylinder 17 incorporated into the inside of the outer cylinder; and a plurality of pin hole rows are provided at circumferential intervals in such a manner that the pin hole is positionally displaced in the axial direction. The turning of the inner cylinder, which is brought about by the insertion and turning of the operation key 60 in the key hole 26, is transmitted to the cam 27 via a torque transmission mechanism 30, so that the cam can be turned between the locking and unlocking positions. Turning-direction play is formed in the torque transmission mechanism. The inner cylinder is freely turned to a state in which the pin hole formed in the inner cylinder agrees with the pin hole formed in the outer cylinder, by the turning operation of the operation key while locating the cam in the locking position and the state of locating the cam in the unlocking position.
