PURPOSE: A method for providing information of diagnosis for cervical cancer using cell line that expresses mutated carcinogenic protein E6 is provided to confirm expression difference of tumor suppressor genes. CONSTITUTION: A method for diagnosing cervical cancer is performed using cell line which expresses a protein of sequence number 1. Information of diagnosis for cervical cancer is provided by performing PCR using a gene encoding the protein of sequence number 1, and a primer set of sequence numbers 2 and 3. A kit for diagnosing cervical cancer comprises a primer set of sequence numbers 2 and 3 or 3 and 4.
