PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-layer sheet excellent in heat resistance, non-adhesiveness, wear resistance and gripping properties, an endless belt comprising the double-layer sheet and a method for producing the endless belt. SOLUTION: The double-layer sheet has at least one composite material layer comprising a fluorocarbon resin and a heat-resistant fiber woven fabric and a surface layer comprising a polyimide-based resin. The surface layer is formed while interposing a treated surface, which is formed by activating the surface of the composite material layer, between the surface layer and the composite material layer.
