WORK FLOW SYSTEM, WORK FLOW CONTROL METHOD, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent issued voucher contents from being tapped while preventing a voucher issuer from being impersonated when issuing a voucher of a work flow on the basis of data of electronic mail (email) received from outside.

SOLUTION: Mail addresses and passwords are stored user by user associatively with each other. A password corresponding to the mail address of the transmission source of the email is used to try to unlock a password lock of an attached file attached to the email. When the password lock is unlocked, voucher issue data included in the attached file is extracted to issue the voucher of the work flow.
