PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier vehicle with a side fence which is easily used for taking a bath by securing safety in a wheelchair for taking a bath wherein it is possible to take a seated posture and a lying posture. SOLUTION: A riding seat part 3 of the carrier vehicle 1 is pivotally supported by a base frame 15 and can be positionally changed to a chair position and a backward tilted position. A back rest is 10 pivotally supported by a seat frame 20 and changed to a seat position, a tilted position, and a lying position. A truck 2 is provided with a receiving table 19. The side fence 14 is pivotally supported by the side part of a seat 9 and can be changed to a standing position and a rear position. When the riding seat part 3, the backrest 10, and the side fence 14 are respectively at the backward tilted position, the lying position, and the rear position, a part of the side fence 14 is at a position higher than the upper surface of the back rest 10, and the side fence functions as a handrail side fence when a bathing person is in the seated posture and an upper-half body side fence when the bathing person is in the lying posture.
