<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an improvement so that fitting of the leakage prevention bank becomes easy, for a disposable, body fluid absorbent article having the liquid-permeable top sheet on which a mountain portion and a valley portion mutually extending in parallel are formed. <P>SOLUTION: Body fluid absorbent core material 13 in the body fluid absorbent wearing article is sandwiched by liquid-permeable top sheet 11 and non-liquid-permeable back sheet 12. In the top sheet 11, a mountain portion 61 and a valley portion 62 mutually extending in parallel in the front and back directions A toward the outside face 58 are formed. On both outsides in width direction B of the core material 13, leakage prevention banks 31 are formed.
