<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control device surely and quickly suppressing chatter vibration, and also achieving improvement of machined surface accuracy, long life tool, and high-efficiency machining. <P>SOLUTION: A computing unit 5 performs on-demand analysis based on vibration accelerations detected by vibration sensors 2a-2c, or operation based on the analysis results. The analysis results or the operation results are displayed in real time on a display device 6. Therefore, when suppressing the chatter vibration, an operator may change rotation speed by operating an operating device 8 while referring to the display on the display device 6.
