PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a packaging case so that its adhered portions are hardly separated from each other in the packaging case whose lower wall is formed by adhering two pieces. SOLUTION: A packaging case 1 is formed by assembling sheet materials and has a cylindrical wall 4 having a front wall 2 and a back wall 3, and a lower wall 6 for closing the lower opening of the cylindrical wall 4. The lower wall 6 consists of a first lower surface piece 7 continuous to the lower ridge of the front wall 2 and a second lower surface piece 8 continuous to the lower ridge of the back wall 3. An ended cutout 92 swollen to a continuous part 8d side from its middle portion 8c is formed on the surface of the second lower surface piece 8. While the cylindrical wall 4 is folded in a flat shape, the outer surface of an area 81 surrounded by the cutout 92 and the outer surface of an area 82 from the middle portion 8c to the fore end 8e of the second lower surface piece 8 are adhered to the outer surface of the first lower surface piece 7.
