PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems wherein, a droplet operation method using a channel or a plane has a risk of contamination, and high cost, and further, when many droplets are to be conveyed, a device structure becomes complicated, and preparation or operation becomes difficult, and cost is heightened. SOLUTION: A circular or spiral droplet holding part made of a wire rod is prepared, and droplets are held there in the suspended or included state. A means for moving the droplet holding part is added, to thereby convey the droplets. Two droplet holding parts are brought into contact each other to thereby mix the droplets, and the droplets are dropped by changing the shape of the wire rod of the droplet holding part from the outside.
