PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parked vehicle monitoring system by which not only safety of a vehicle is assured and safety of a parking lot is greatly increased but also unnecessary man power can be saved because automation is made extensively. SOLUTION: The parked vehicle monitoring system installed in a parking area includes: a photographing device for capturing video of the vehicle; an arithmetic unit being connected with the photographing device and supervising whether or not an abnormal situation occurs on the vehicle; and a processing unit being connected with the arithmetic unit and processing and preventing the abnormal situation of the vehicle.
