<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve high power generation capacity in a non-lead in-tire power generator. <P>SOLUTION: This in-tire power generator 2 includes: a piezoelectric portion 20 containing an inorganic piezoelectric body formed of a perovskite-type oxide represented by general formula (PX): (Bi<SB>x</SB>, A<SB>1-x</SB>)(B<SB>y</SB>, C<SB>1-y</SB>)O<SB>3</SB>(inevitable impurities may be included); a pair of electrodes (21, 22) for extracting charge generated in the piezoelectric body 20 by distortion of the piezoelectric body 20 owing to external force applied to a tire; and an energy storage portion 23 for storing the extracted charge therein. In the general formula (PX), A is an A-site element bivalent in average ion valence other than Pb; B is a B-site element trivalent in average ion valence; C is a B-site element having an average ion valence trivalent or more; A, B and C are each one or more kinds of metal elements; O is oxygen; B and C have compositions different from each other; 0.6≤x≤1.0; and x-0.2≤y≤x. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
