<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for treating the human scalp. <P>SOLUTION: This cosmetic treatment method for treating the human scalp is characterized by applying a cosmetic composition and/or a gas to the scalp with a spray device operated using a compressed gas.
