PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic faucet having a configuration including a power generator for generating electric power by receiving action of the water flowing in a water flow passage formed by a faucet body and a fixed flow rate valve for limiting quantity of water to be discharged from a discharge port to the fixed quantity in the inside of the faucet body and capable of facilitating removal of the fixed flow rate valve from the faucet body. SOLUTION: This automatic faucet incorporates a mixing valve 5 for adjusting temperature of water and hot water, a solenoid valve for opening and closing the water flow passage 10, and a sensor for detecting a user in the faucet body 3. The faucet body 3 has a cover part constituted by a plurality of cover members to prevent its disassembling. The mixing valve 5 is constituted as an assembly unit 50 being integrally removable from the faucet body 3 without requiring disassembly of the cover part.
