PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking device of a motorcycle capable of firmly clamping a tire lower side surface on a pallet base stored by being separated from a pallet base driving device by a toggle mechanism of links by using a wheel load of the motorcycle, by moving a link fulcrum regardless of the size of a tire width of the motorcycle mounted in an erecting state. SOLUTION: Rubber 17 of a surface of both side lower clamp plates 11 and 12 is brought into pressure contact with a tire front wheel FW and a rear wheel RW existing on baseplates 22 and 23 regardless of the tire width, and is lowered by the wheel load W1 of the motorcycle, and the lower side surface of the tire front wheel FW and the rear wheel RW is clamped from both sides by the toggle mechanism of the links 18a and 18b by a lowering quantity H and H1.
